We are looking for someone to own our commercial growth – from first outreach to renewals – and who is not afraid to meet customers where they are: on the quay, on board and on the phone.
In this role you will:
Own our growth and sales motion: identify, reach and follow up fishing companies and skippers in Norway and internationally.
Work hands-on with direct sales: calling prospects, booking meetings, travelling, going on board vessels and attending industry events.
Help structure and improve our sales process, pipeline and playbooks.
Work closely with the product team to turn customer insight into priorities and new features.
Build and manage partnerships with key actors in the fishing industry.
We believe you:
Have several years of experience in B2B sales or growth, ideally towards SMB/industrial/logistics or other "hard-to-reach" segments.
Have strong commercial drive: you enjoy outbound work, closing deals and handling objections.
Are structured and data-driven, comfortable with CRM tools, funnels and experimentation.
Are curious about fisheries and the maritime domain, and motivated to sell to demanding, no-nonsense customers.
Communicate well in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
