Growth Manager

Catchwise is building the leading decision-support platform for commercial fisheries — starting in Norway and scaling internationally. Fisheries is one of the areas where Norway is truly world-class, and we're combining deep domain knowledge with modern software, data and AI to raise the bar globally.

With strong customer traction, a sharp team and solid funding in place, we're now scaling our commercial capacity — and hiring a Growth Manager to help take us to the next level.

The role

We're looking for a Growth Manager to help scale Catchwise commercially, as part of a small and ambitious growth team.

You will take end-to-end responsibility for defined parts of our commercial work, working closely with our other Growth Manager, CCO and CEO. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — and a clear opportunity to grow your scope over time.

What you'll work on

  • Own and develop your share of our commercial growth across Norway and selected international markets
  • Run sales processes end-to-end: outreach, discovery, follow-up, negotiation and closing
  • Work directly with skippers, vessel owners and fishing companies — mainly via phone, video and in-person meetings when relevant
  • Help refine how we work with ICPs, segmentation, messaging and go-to-market
  • Maintain high-quality pipeline and CRM structure, and use data to improve conversion
  • Bring structured customer insight back to the team and influence product priorities and positioning
  • Support partnerships and industry relationships as we scale

You won't be handed a rigid playbook — you'll help improve it.

Who we think you are

  • 2-5 years of experience from B2B sales, growth or business development
  • Comfortable running commercial conversations independently, but not expecting to "just manage"
  • Structured, analytical and curious about what actually drives results
  • Motivated by responsibility and learning, not titles
  • Interested in complex, real-world industries with demanding customers
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English

You don't need fisheries experience — we'll teach you that. You do need the ability to sell substance, not buzzwords.
